You can tell us what’s gone well, raise a concern, or make a complaint by: Speaking to any member of staff Contacting the Yellowwood Healthcare office by phone or email. Using the form on this page When you make a complaint: We will acknowledge your complaint within 4 working days We will aim to complete our investigation and respond in full within 25 working days, or agree a timescale with you for more complex issues We will explain what we have found, any actions we are taking, and how we will learn from your feedback. If you remain unhappy after we have responded, you can escalate your concerns to the local authority complaints team / commissioner, or the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. You can also share feedback with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
